Cancellations: All orders are considered firm. If an order must be canceled, all costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed, plus a 15% restocking fee. Because each order is custom decorated to specific and often unique requirements, an order cannot be canceled once in production. See below for "Change to Order".
Minimums: 24 units on items produced in our plant. 24 units for imported items. Less then minimum orders are available. A less than minimum charge of $50.00 (v) will be billed on all orders that do not meet the minimum.
Change to Order: Once an order has been confirmed, any changes may be subject to a change.
(1) Increase in order quantity can be accepted within a few days of an order being placed. If additional quantities are required, immediately inform your representative.
(2) Increase to orders, once an order is in production, will be treated as a separate order and subject to pricing according to the product and quantity, etc.
(3) Decreases in order quantity will be subject to the Order Cancellation clause, as set out above.
(4) Changes in color are acceptable without charge in certain instances. Your representative will be pleased to help you with this.
(5) Please note that any changes may delay the original ship date and result in additional art charges, screen charges, restocking fee, etc. If order has not already been placed into production.
(6) ONCE PRODUCTION OF THE ORDER HAS COMMENCED, CHANGES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
Production Time: Normally 2-4 weeks after confirmation of order by Easy Seat and/or proof approval.
Rush Orders: Factory can usually produce rush orders (within 3-5 days) with an additional charge, dependent on quantity. Normal surcharge 15% of order value. Please contact your representative to discuss your specific need and gain price confirmation.
CO-OP Order: All co-op programs are subject to price revision on January 1st of each year. Minimum of 24 units on items required on each purchase order. Further details are available. Please request a copy of our Co-Op partnership program details.
Ship Dates: All Order Confirmations will advise the target date for shipment of your order from Easy Seat. While we strive to meet these dates, Easy Seat cannot be held liable for any changes in this date as a result of external events or circumstances beyond the control of Easy Seat.
Handling Charge: All orders will be subject to a $10.00 (v) per order handling charge.
Shipping: All orders are considered FOB, Easy Seat, Inc., TN, unless prior agreed otherwise. Legal responsibility passes from Easy Seat to the customer once merchandise is consigned to carrier. Easy Seat will not accept responsibility for loss or damage once the order has been dispatched. Our shipping department is always available to help in tracking freight or to answer any questions you may have in regard to freight.
Easy Seat will determine the best way to ship unless specific requirements are stated on customers' purchase order or alternative arrangements are made and advised in writing. A shipping and/or handling charge will be applied by Easy Seat to ALL orders.
Drop Shipments: All drop or multiple delivery address shipments will have a charge of $10.00 (v) for each address location.
