Acceptance: All orders are subject to our "Terms and Conditions" as set out in this publication and other related policy documents that may be issued from time to time.
Payment Terms: Payment to be reduced Net 30 days from ship date with approved credit. We reserve the right to apply 1.5% per month finance charge to all past due balances. New customers will be accepted on cleared payment prior to order being processed. Easy Seat accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. All customers wishing to pay with credit cards are asked to fill out a "Credit Card Submission Form" prior to order. The first credit card order placed with Easy Seat will only be shipped to cardholder's address. All orders over $15,000 Net Value will require 50% down with order. Customers who do not pay within terms will have any granted pricing privileges revoked and may be required to pay surcharges on bills outside terms.
Pricing: pricing will be according to the latest price issue. You will be notified of any changes in pricing policy for future orders. Pricing will be advised and confirmed for each order on the Easy Seat Sales Order. Pricing is subject to change.
Art Indemnification: Customer warrants that it has the unequivocal right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in any artwork provided and shall indemnify and hold Easy Seat harmless from any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork. Unless specifically expressed to the contrary in advance and in writing. Easy Seat gains the right to utilize marks, symbols, or designs provided by customers within its brochures and other advertising material. Any product that includes a requested design imprint and that is not subsequently acquired or purchased by the customer may be disposed of at Easy Seat's discretion.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization approval number (RA#). All returns and claims must be made within 30 days on invoice date. Goods accepted for return must be received back within 45 days of invoice date as a product that can be resold. Custom items cannot be returned.
Orders: All orders must be provided in hardcopy by fax, mail or e-mail. Orders made by phone must be subsequently confirmed by either fax, mail or e-mail. Advance payment of an order constitutes confirmation of order. Orders will not be considered firm until a written order is provided or prior payment is made.
Order confirmation: Easy Seat will fax back a Sales Order to be confirmed for all orders received. Any errors or variations in the order must be advised to Easy Seat within 2 days or receipt of the Sales Order. A target ship date will be advised at this time.
Should there be any subsequent variation from this ship date, you will be advised by fax, e-mail, or phone. Shipping and any other costs that cannot be exactly determined at the time of issuing the confirmation will be advised as undetermined (tbd). The charge will be shown as a zero value on the sales order confirmation and the actual cost will be applied at the time of shipping to the final invoice. If you need confirmation or prior advice of theseundetermined charges, please contact Easy Seat within 2 days of receipt of the sales order so that these can be discussed. Once the order is invoiced, the amounts billed are final.
