Liability: Easy Seat will not accept responsibility for data/artwork corruption or total loss resulting from e-mail transfer.

Proofs: Any artwork that is edited, in any way, will be returned to customer for verification prior to production (except resizing/scaling). Any imprinted embroidery order over $5,000 will automatically be subject to a free pre-production verification swatch of the imprint area. A single unit will be manufactured and sent to the customer for approval in writing by fax/mail prior to the balanced of the order being processed.

Orders requesting proof approval will be scheduled for production after final approval is received by Easy Seat. Delays in receiving production ready artwork or approval of proof will affect the required ship date. Orders awaiting artwork or proof approval beyond 60 days, without prior arrangement, will be considered canceled. All costs will be billed.

Panel Service: We will ship exact quantities of panels to your requested embroiderer or screen printer. A diagram for the logo will be sent with the panels. The Customer, not Easy Seat, will be responsible for the quality of artwork, print/embroidery placement or damage/loss resulting from artwork placement by third party. Production will only be scheduled after all panels are returned. A fixed charge of $35.00 is made for the service. Not available for imports items.

Color Disclaimer: Colors shown in the Easy Seat product catalog may not be exact. Please order a product sample for specific color. Note: Similar colors of a different material or production batch may not be exact match. If you require a dye lot match, please contact your representative who will advise on the ability to achieve this for your order. There is normally a charge and/or minimum order for dye lot matching. This applies to Easy Seat manufacturing items only.

Samples: Random samples are shipped with random imprint, unless no copy is requested on purchase order. All random samples will be billed at catalog low end price (eqp). Pre-production proof will be billed at catalog low end quantity price (eqp), plus set-up charges, plus, cost of applying your imprint. Manufactured product samples cannot be returned for credit.
