Heat Transfer: All artwork supplied by customer must be produced by disc or e-mail (info@easyseatus.com) in one of the following editable formats: Post Script (eps), Corel Draw (cdr), Adobe Illustrator (ai), Photoshop (psd), or bitmap (bmp). All fonts must be converted to outlines/curves. Scan all images to a minimum of 300 dpi. Generally, cdr format provides us with the best art.
Other fromats such as jpg or pdf can be accepted, but all formats may be subject to an art change. Any artwork that is submitted that is hardcopy, results in additional preparation and will incur an art processing charge.
Screen Print: All artwork that is multi-color should be supplied as "Color Separated". Each color must be separated into an individual layer. Single and multi-color designs should be produced as black on white image. Colors should be referenced to the Pantone Matching System (PMS)

Post Script (eps), Corel Draw (cdr), Adobe illustrator (ai), Photoshop (psd), bitmap (bmp). All fonts must be converted to outlines/curves. Scan all images to a minimum of 300 dpi. Generally, eps format provides us with the best art.
Other formats such as jpg or pdf can be accepted for single color, but can only be sized to fit. Corrections and color separations for multi-color can not be easily made in these formats.

Embroidery: Embroidery data can be supplied by disc or e-mail (info@easyseatus.com) in one of the following compatible machine code formats: Tajima (dst) which is the preferred format. Other supported formats are Barudan FMC, Melco Super Star, FDR III and Toyota.
If you have artwork, and are unable to create a digitized disc for embroidery, we are able to create the appropriate data format for you from artwork. Digitized disc charge "tbd". Complex changes or corrections will be charged, according to the work required.
Factory will confirm charges prior to production. Artwork remains the intellectual property of the originator. Artwork that is subject to processing or creation charges will be submitted to customer for verification prior to production and will be retained on file by Easy Seat. Copies can be provided to customer upon request.
